Comprehensive rules and regulations governing our charity lottery program. Please review these terms before participating.

General Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility Requirements

Participation in Alberta Cancer Foundation Lottery is restricted to residents of Alberta who are 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification may be required to verify age and residency at the time of ticket purchase.

2. Prohibited Participants

The following individuals are not eligible to participate: employees of Alberta Cancer Foundation Lottery, board members, lottery administrators, immediate family members of prohibited participants, and any individuals involved in the administration or operation of the lottery program.

3. Ticket Purchase

Lottery tickets are sold at authorized retail locations throughout Alberta. Each ticket costs $7 and must be purchased in person. Online or remote purchases are not permitted. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased.

4. Draw Procedures

Draws are conducted bi-weekly on Friday evenings at 8:00 PM Mountain Time. All draws are conducted under independent oversight to ensure fairness and compliance with lottery regulations. Draw results are published on our official website immediately following each draw.

5. Prize Claims

Winners must claim prizes within 90 days of the draw date. Prize claims require presentation of the original winning ticket, valid government-issued identification, and proof of Alberta residency. Prizes cannot be transferred or assigned to other individuals.

6. Lost or Damaged Tickets

Alberta Cancer Foundation Lottery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Tickets should be kept in a safe location until draw results are announced. Lost tickets cannot be replaced or duplicated.

7. Winner Notification

Winners are contacted directly through the contact information provided at purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to provide accurate contact information. Alberta Cancer Foundation Lottery is not responsible for failed notifications due to incorrect contact information.

8. Privacy and Publicity

Winner names may be published on our website and in promotional materials with explicit consent. Winners have the option to remain anonymous in public announcements while maintaining full eligibility for prize claims.

9. Responsible Gaming

Alberta Cancer Foundation Lottery promotes responsible participation in lottery programs. Purchase limits are monitored to ensure responsible gaming practices. Resources for problem gambling support are available through Alberta Health Services.

10. Regulatory Compliance

Alberta Cancer Foundation Lottery operates under License #737386 and complies with all federal, provincial, and local regulations governing charitable lotteries in Alberta. All lottery operations are subject to regulatory oversight and audit.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding lottery draws, prize awards, or eligibility determinations are subject to final resolution by Alberta Cancer Foundation Lottery administration in accordance with Alberta lottery regulations.

Participants who believe there has been an error in draw procedures or prize distribution should contact our support team at contact@ukcasinas.com within 30 days of the disputed event.

All decisions made by Alberta Cancer Foundation Lottery administration regarding interpretation of lottery rules, eligibility determinations, and prize awards are final and binding.
